SR files you upload

We do not collect the SR you upload. Files processed in the demo are processed only inside the visitor’s browser and are not sent to or stored on SyncSR servers.

Personal information we collect

• Required: name, company / institution, email (beta application) / email (integration request)
• Optional: phone, country, applicant type, areas of interest and devices, free-text content
• Consent record: time of consent and policy version

Purposes

To contact you about your application or request, to understand demand, and to request a short interview about product direction. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or provide it to third parties.

Retention

We keep it for one year from the date of receipt and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete the record.

Processing environment

• Application content is stored in a database (Supabase) in the Seoul region.
• When an application is received, a notification email is sent to our operator (syncsr@medaitrust.com). The email contains the application content and is sent through an email delivery service (Resend).
• We use Cloudflare Turnstile on form pages to prevent spam, and the hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process access logs (such as IP addresses) on its own. SyncSR does not store visitors’ IP addresses.

Service providers and international transfers

We use the providers below to operate the service. Some of them process data outside Korea.

• Supabase, Inc. (United States) · stores applications (database) · location: Republic of Korea (Seoul region) · retention: one year from receipt
• Resend (United States) · sends the notification email · transfer to: Japan (Tokyo region) and other locations used by the provider · data: the notification email containing your application (name, company / institution, email, and any optional fields you entered) · when and how: transmitted over TLS when an application is received · retention: according to the provider’s delivery-log policy
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) · website hosting and spam prevention (Turnstile) · data: access logs (such as IP addresses). SyncSR does not store visitors’ IP addresses.

If you do not want your data transferred abroad, please do not submit the form. You can also ask us to delete your record after you submit it.

Usage statistics

We collect step statistics such as visits and demo uploads without cookies. Statistics contain only the language and referral source, with no identifying information or file contents. Only if you opt in, we also collect a parse-result summary and the device manufacturer, model, and software version.
